"Haters group" Record highest number = Trump regime policy inspired - US report

Washington, DC - The human rights organization 'South Poverty Law Center (SPLC)' is an annual report released on February 20, "Hate Group (Haters Group)" which carried out discrimination activities based on race, religion, etc. in 2018 Has increased by 7% from the previous year to 1020 organizations. 「憎悪集団」過去最多に＝トランプ政権の政策が触発－米報告

　【ワシントン時事】米人権団体「南部貧困法律センター（ＳＰＬＣ）」は２０日公表した年次報告書で、２０１８年に人種や宗教などに基づく差別活動を行った「ヘイトグループ（憎悪集団）」が、前年から７％増え１０２０団体に上ったことを明らかにした。増加は４年連続で、同団体の調査で過去最多だった１１年の１０１８団体を上回った。
　トランプ政権は昨年秋の中間選挙前、中米出身の「キャラバン」と呼ばれる移民希望者の集団が押し寄せて「メキシコ国境に危機が生じている」と主張。不法移民の取り締まりを強化するとともに、合法移民に関しても、家族呼び寄せの廃止など規制強化を唱えている。
　ＳＰＬＣは声明で「トランプ大統領は憎悪を鎮静化するどころか、その言葉と政策であおっている」と指摘。現政権の排外的姿勢が憎悪集団の増長をもたらしたと批判した。（2019/02/21-14:24）
